This recipe is really easy & quick to make, it never lasts long in our house & visitors always ask for the recipe.
1 finely chopped onion
1 cup of cooked brown rice
1 cup of sunflower seeds
1/2 cup of water
2 free range eggs – beaten
2 tbsps. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Mix all ingredients well & pour into a greased dish.
Press down firmly until about 2cm thickness.
Cook about 1/2 hour at 180 deg. Slice when cool & serve with a huge healthy salad.
You will probably find it’s a good idea to double the recipe! Great cold the next day…
